Breeding for Rarity
Breeding is the core of Horse Life. Traits are passed down from parents. To get a Champion horse, you need to selectively breed parents with high Speed and Agility stats. Coat colors also inherit, so if you want a specific rare pattern (like Leopard Appaloosa), ensure at least one parent carries the gene. Selling "clean" high-stat foals is a lucrative business.
Catching Wild Horses
Wild horses spawn in different biomes. The Desert spawns Akhal-Tekes, while the Forest spawns Mustangs. Use high-quality Lassos and Bait (Apples/Carrots) to catch them. A wild-caught horse with naturally high stats or a rare coat is a "jackpot" catch that can be sold for thousands of coins.
Tack Crafting and Value
Tack isn't just for looks. A high-tier Saddle can increase speed by 20%. Gather materials like Leather and Iron to craft better tack. "Enchanted" tack found in dungeons or events is even better. Trading complete "Racing Sets" (Saddle + Bridle + Shoes) to competitive racers is a great way to make money.
The Fantasy Market
Fantasy Horses (Unicorns, Pegasi, Kelpies) are the elite tier. These often require completing difficult quests or participating in limited-time events. Because they fly or have special abilities, they are always in demand. If an event offers a Fantasy Horse, grind for it immediately. Its value will only go up once the event ends.
Training for Profit
A Level 1 horse is worth far less than a Level 50 horse. Spend time training your horses in the arena (Jumping, Sprinting) to max out their stats. You can buy cheap, low-level horses with potential, train them to max level, and flip them for 3-4x the purchase price to players who don't have time to grind XP.
