The Unique Sword Market
The Unique rarity is the peak of Blade Ball trading. Swords like the Reaper's Edge or Nebula Blade in their Unique variants are incredibly scarce. Because drop rates are so low, the price of a Unique sword is often stable or rising, making them excellent stores of value. When trading high-tier items, always check the recent sales history in our tier list, as Unique prices can fluctuate based on new crate releases.
Explosions as a Secondary Currency
While swords are the main event, Explosions act as a secondary currency. Traders often use mid-tier explosions (like Thunder or Vortex) to "add" value to a trade that is slightly uneven. Having a stockpile of decent explosions allows you to sweeten deals and close trades faster without giving up your main swords.
Limited Spin Investing
Blade Ball frequently releases Limited Spins (e.g., Halloween Spin, Christmas Spin). The items in these spins are only available for a few weeks. If you have the Robux or Coins, spinning on these limited wheels is a smart investment. Even if you don't get the top prize, the lower-tier limited items will eventually become rare "OG" items that collectors want.
Dual Wielding Premium
Dual Wield swords are not just twice the weapon; they are often worth more than twice the value. The visual flair of holding two swords makes them highly desirable. If a new crate drops with a Dual Wield legendary, prioritize getting it early. Players will overpay massively for the "cool factor" in the first few days of a new update.
Avoiding "Skill Scam" Trades
Be careful when trading for accounts or promises of "unlocked skills." You cannot trade unlocked skills directly (unless they are specific itemized tokens). If someone promises to give you the "Infinity" ability in exchange for your sword, it is 99% a scam. Stick to trading items that fit in the trade window.
